Congress Not As Gridlocked in 2015

In 2015, Congress got quite a few significant things done. It overhauled education K-12 policy, compromised on a bipartisan budget, funded billions in infrastructure improvements, and hundreds of billions in tax breaks, among many other things.

Perhaps one of the reasons for this change is that with steady economic growth, there’s more room to agree on spending and not just cutting.
